This pond was assembled with a combination of a flexible liner for the stream that merged into the structured concrete basin below. The liner was attached at the top to the deck retaining wall using a combination of concrete anchors and a stainless steel strip to effectively sandwich the liner between the wall and the steel strip.
Pond Shield was then used to seal the stiff joint and decorative rocks were placed in front to break up the joint line. The concrete basin at the bottom is attached to a small overflow waterfall where the next joint takes place so that the liner and Pond Shield epoxy could effectively bridge that gap. The basin was coated with Pond Shield black epoxy.
