This unique pond was constructed by The City of Orange in California.  It is a poured concrete floor construction with block walls that were surface finished with a thin layer of concrete.  Pond Shield non toxic epoxy was then applied to waterproof the entire surface.  The raised water fall effect was built atop of one of the corners of the pone and lighted from underneath.
